Business Analyst II, Operations Job Locations US-OH-Cleveland Requisition ID JR1005990 Category Information Technology Position Type Regular Full-Time Overview The Business Analyst II – Operations plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives through data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This role partners with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver solutions that enhance operational performance and support organizational goals. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Partner with Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation
• Support implementation of process improvements, system enhancements, and operational initiatives Utilize data analysis to provide actionable insights and support decision-making
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track operational performance Assist in testing (UAT), implementation, and post-deployment support for system changes
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies preferred
• Knowledge of operational workflows and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus Tuesday, October 28, 2025 11:54 AM The expected salary range for this role is USD $61,500.00 - USD $85,000.00 Yr.
