You will contribute to advancing initiatives across the HR function by translating strategy into actionable plans, driving execution, and providing thoughtful insights grounded in data and business context. Your role will also include providing interim HRBP support to select lines of business, offering guidance on talent acquisition, associate development, performance management, associate relations, and organizational effectiveness.

You will collaborate closely with HR partners and business leaders to help address workforce needs and enhance the associate experience.

In this role, you will own and execute specific workstreams or projects, partnering with others, including HR leaders, to define requirements, manage timelines, and deliver outcomes that support broader HR and business priorities.

You will leverage AI, data and analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend solutions that inform decision-making. You are a strategic and analytical thinker who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing ideas that help move work forward.

You bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and are skilled at partnering with stakeholders across HR and the business. You are an effective communicator who can translate complex information into clear, actionable insights, and you build strong, collaborative relationships across teams.

You are comfortable balancing multiple priorities and maintaining momentum across competing demands, while delivering high-quality work. “I am the person Capital Group is looking for. ” You have 5–7 years of HR experience, including experience supporting business leaders in an HRBP, Center of Excellence, or related capacity You have foundational knowledge in HR practices, talent acquisition, associate development, performance management, and organizational design You enjoy partnering with leaders and HR colleagues to support team effectiveness, talent planning, and associate engagement initiatives You bring a consultative mindset, asking thoughtful questions, offering perspective, and adapting your approach based on stakeholder needs You have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bring diverse perspectives together to find common ground and drive alignment You have experience supporting projects or key workstreams, contributing to planning, execution, and successful delivery You are comfortable working with AI tools (e.g., CoPilot), data and analytics, including Excel and PowerPoint, and can turn insights into clear recommendations You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, working effectively with global colleagues and cross-functional partners You are a strong communicator who builds trust through authentic, respectful, and clear interactions You can connect the dots across multiple inputs and stakeholders, helping to surface insights that support business and HR priorities You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, contributing ideas to enhance processes and ways of working Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in HR, business, or related field preferred “I can apply in less than 4 minutes.”      You’ve reviewed this job posting and you’re ready to start the candidate journey with us.
