As part of the Marketing Technology team evolving Schwab’s digital ecosystem, this role plays a critical part in translating marketing objectives and bu siness int ent into scalable, technology-enabled solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. The MarTech Delivery Integration Lead connects strategy to execution by transforming complex marketing needs into clear, validated requirements that enable effective solution design , seamless delivery and adoption acro ss teams .
In this role, you will own and evolve ho w marketing initiatives move from concept into technical solutioning by defining and optimi zing operating models, governance frameworks, intake processes with detai l ed docum entation to drive clarity, prioritization, and delivery readiness.
You will maintain a single source of truth for requirements, decisions, dependencies , success metrics . Yo u are acco untabl e to e nsure initiatives meet defined readiness and acceptance criteria before entering technical discovery and development through production .
You will partner closely with marketing stakeholders across m u l tiple l ines o f busin ess and technology teams to define success criteria, clarify scope and workflows, and ensure alignment - helping teams navigate dependencies, constraints, risks , imp acts and trade-offs in complex delivery environments and ecosystems . Success in this role means enabling teams to make informed decisions, accelerating time-to- value for marketing capabilities, and ensuring solutions deliver meaningful impact for the business and our client s .
You will l ead cross-team alignment on sequencing, readiness gates, and implementation sign-offs and play a key role in driving collaboration across Marketing, Schwab Technology Services, Digital Retail, and other partners, ensuring effective sol utioning , implementation, adoption, and optimization. You r work will directly impa ct how the organization evolves its MarTech ecosystem by supporting portfolio alignment and prioriti zation , guiding delivery readiness, and reinforcing feedback loops that inform continuous improvement. Through strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement, you will help teams operate with greater clarity, adaptability, and accountability—ensuring technology investments deliver against business goals and successf ully a dopted . Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, product ownership, technical program management, or content enablement within a marketing technology ecosystem Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, Technical Communication, or a related field
- Experience applying AI technologies and tools to support marketing workflows, digital content creation, approvals, implementation, and performance tracking Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into clear, structured requirements, including scope, use cases, workflows, roadmap s and success criteria
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, product, architecture, and engineering teams
- Experience working in complex delivery environments with dependencies, governance frameworks, and capacity constraints
- Proven ability to connect business strategy to technical solutions that scale across platforms and channels
- Strong communication skills, including technical writing, facilitation, and presenting to both leadership and working teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting or leading initiatives involving modern web frameworks or tools such as React, Next.js, Sanity, Workfront, or Bynder
- Experience working with content management systems, headless CMS platforms, or digital asset management integrations
