Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, data models, and reporting solutions, ensuring data quality and integrity. Analyze complex data sets, develop statistical models, and build interactive dashboards and reports to surface trends, identify risks, and surface opportunities for process optimization.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytical requirements and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
  • Develop complex SQL queries, utilize data warehousing technologies, and apply scripting languages like Python to automate processes and analyze data.
  • Deliver actionable insights to business and product teams, providing training on self-service reporting tools to democratize data across the organization. Research and identify opportunities for innovation in data analysis and BI solutions, leading to improved operational performance and key business decisions. What you’ll need
  • Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Information Management, Data Science, or related field of study and 3 years of experience required as a Business Intelligence Analysts or a related position/occupation. Alternate Education and
  • Experience Master’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Information Management, Data Science, or related field of study and 1 year of experience required as a Business Intelligence Analysts or a related position/occupation.
  • Experience must include 1 year with SQL, data warehousing concepts, and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, AWS QuickSight); Ability to analyze, interpret, and model complex data, including experience with statistical analysis; Scripting languages like Python for automation and data manipulation; Data normalization and dataset modeling in large data warehouse environments; and Analyzing retail/e-commerce or clickstream data, and Python. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
