Initially, the position will play a critical role in supporting integration and transformation efforts, ensuring programs are executed in alignment with the company’s long-term strategic vision and operating objectives. Over time, the role will evolve into a broader enterprise leadership function responsible for helping guide large-scale transformation initiatives, future acquisition integrations, strategic operational alignment, and executive-level program governance across the business.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management discipline with executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization without direct authority. This individual will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership by bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to complex initiatives while also providing competitive benchmarking, operational insight, and integration best practices that support the company’s continued growth and evolution. Coordinate and align workstreams across multiple functional teams and project managers, ensuring dependencies, timelines, risks, and decision points are effectively managed and escalated.
  • Support long-term strategic refinement and identify gaps for future opportunities. Prepare to lead integration of future acquisitions, driving consistency in process. Track post-integration performance to ensure outcomes align with strategic goals. Prepare executive-level presentations, analyses, and communications to support strategic planning, operational reviews, management discussions, and enterprise initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a structured integration playbook to streamline future acquisitions and integration projects.
