The Vice President, Digital Co mmerce is a senior commercial and people leader accountable for driving the North America eCommerce business across the U.S. and Canada. This role owns the digital P&L, site performance, omni ‑ channel execution, and—critically—the development of a strong, future ‑ ready eCommerce leadership organization. This is a growth ‑ focused leadership role requiring equal mastery of commercial results and talent development. The VP will lead all digital commerce strategy, development, and execution for Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, Champs Sports and Canada, while intentionally building organizational capability through coaching, succession planning, and scalable operating models. Success is measured by financial performance, consumer impact, leadership strength, and long ‑ term digital readiness. Responsibilities Responsibilities eCommerce Strategy & P&L Ownership
- Lead all digital commerce strategy, development, and implementation across Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, Champs Sports, and Canada (FLC & CC). Own and manage the North America eCommerce P&L, partnering closely with Finance to forecast, plan, and optimize revenue, margin, demand creation, and operating expenses.
- Develop and execute a multi ‑ year digital commerce strategy aligned to enterprise goals, brand priorities, and consumer expectations.
- Translate merchant line plans, seasonal strategies, and category priorities into clear digital commercial plans, including launches, promotional cadence, markdown strategy, and inventory positioning.
- Identify and scale emerging digital growth opportunities, including new categories, business models, and innovative commerce integrations. Own executive ‑ level business reporting to ELC, clearly articulating performance trends, risks, and short ‑ and long ‑ term strategic recommendations Site Merchandising & Digital
- Experience Optimization Own the site merchandising strategy and execution across homepage, category pages, search, navigation, PDPs, and product sequencing. Coordinate cross ‑ functionally to orchestrate markdown strategy, BOSS & BOPIS execution, and site readiness in support of merchant priorities.
- Ensure strong digital execution for key monthly launches, major holidays, and peak moments, creating traction and momentum across brands. Leverage testing, analytics, and performance insights to continuously optimize conversion, AOV, and sell ‑ Digital Marketing, FLX & Demand Generation
- Partner with Marketing, Media, and PAR teams to lead lower ‑ funnel strategies that drive traffic and conversion across sites and apps.
- Create and evolve FLX programming, working with media and loyalty teams to identify eCommerce, app, and omni ‑ channel growth opportunities. Align media specifics, messaging, and promotional execution with commercial priorities and site readiness.
- Ensure clear measurement of campaign effectiveness, audience targeting, and model ‑ specific performance. Qualifications Qualifications 15–18+ years of experience in consumer ‑ focused retail or eCommerce

This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
