  • The role is part of the Client Solutions Group management and finance team. The team works closely with senior management and is responsible for supporting the Client Solutions Group in financial modeling for key strategic initiatives, managing core financial functions, business and financial reporting, and data governance that spans both public and private businesses. YOUR IMPACT We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented vice president to join our global team.  In this role, you will partner with various groups both within and adjacent to the Global Client Solutions Group to manage the commissions program for the third-party wealth client channel. The team works directly with leadership to design, implement and operationalize a commissions program that supports the execution of growth plans for the business. In addition to working with leadership in the Client Solutions Group, the team partners closely with other key stakeholders including AWM Leadership, Human Capital Management, Controllers, and Sales Enablement teams. HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
  • Design, implement and operationalize a commissions program that enhances sales performance, aligns employee incentives with revenue goals, and manages costs effectively
  • Provide regular KPI progress updates and market analytics to assess the state, and develop the narrative, of the commissions program Oversee a comprehensive and robust governance framework to ensure ongoing alignment with key business objectives
  • Provide analytical support to leadership for strategic initiatives and decisions Take project management lead to enhance program management infrastructure, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive efficiency and scale

SKILLS

& EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR 10-15 years of relevant experience in a Finance, Accounting or Data Analytics role; experience with commissions programs a plus Strong problem-solving skills and abilities, able to craft unique solutions with limited guidance; proactive in assessing dynamic situations Expert skills in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, simple macros, etc.), PowerPoint (graphs/charts) Working knowledge of analytics applications (i.e. Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik) and database tools (e.g. Elastic, MS SQL Server, Legend) a plus Self-motivated and driven, someone looking for a steep growth curve Fast learner and effective communicator of new / complex information Ability to work at varying speeds and under timeframe pressure, while maintaining extremely high standards Team player with strong interpersonal skills ability to build the trust and confidence of colleagues, strengthen relationships through ongoing dialogue and interactions, and collaborate well with others internally Project management skills; highly organized; attention to detail and excellent follow-through; able to define, structure and prioritize work, but with the flexibility to change priorities when circumstances dictate Confidence to challenge and be innovative; focus on identifying areas of improving efficiency through automation and scalability Salary Range The expected base salary for this Albany/New York City, NY, United States-based position is $100,000-$250,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
