The Equities Management team partners with Equities leadership to identify and assess strategic opportunities, drive initiatives across the business and client franchise, and help shape the practical application of AI, automation, and analytics to improve decision-making, operating efficiency, and commercial impact.
Candidates should be interested in solving complex business problems, joining an entrepreneurial team within a best-in-class firm, and playing a pivotal role in shaping Goldman Sachs’ forward strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing strategic business plans, identifying opportunities to drive business process efficiencies, and working successfully across diverse groups of cross-functional stakeholders.
A candidate should demonstrate curiosity and practical experience in leveraging data, AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, and data visualization to synthesize information, generate insights, streamline recurring processes, and translate business problems into scalable solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience 2-4 years of experience in financial services, preferably related to Equities Sales & Trading Demonstrated interest in financial markets and products Strong academic background with demonstrated interest in a diverse set of subject areas Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Interest in applying emerging technologies, including generative AI and agentic workflow tools, to reimagine business processes, enhance client franchise analysis, and improve operating leverage.
