About the role
We're hiring a VP Product Manager to lead GenAI platform capabilities within our AI/ML Solutions Platform team in Consumer & Community Banking.
You'll own the roadmap from discovery through delivery, working hands-on with engineering, data science, and business partners to build scalable generative AI products that meet real user needs and hold up under enterprise-level scrutiny. This isn't a strategy-only role.
You'll be in the details of backlog prioritization, vendor evaluation, compliance alignment, and cross-functional coordination daily. We're looking for someone with 5+ years in product management, strong fluency in AI/ML technologies, and experience shipping in complex, regulated environments.
