- Position Summary We are seeking an Engineering Team
- Lead to lead the team responsible for delivering modern enrollment and onboarding experiences across multiple digital banking channels. This role combines technical leadership, people leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers.
- Drive delivery of strategic enrollment and onboarding initiatives.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, UX, and business stakeholders to define priorities and roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership across full-stack solutions leveraging Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and modern web technologies.
- Ensure delivery excellence through Agile practices, CI/CD, test automation, and engineering best practices.
- Manage technical dependencies, risks, and cross-team coordination.
- Support cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Education and
- Experience Required A combined minimum of 9 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years’ engineering and/or architecture experience and 3 years leadership experience
- Strong Java, Spring Boot, API, and microservices expertise. Angular and/or React development experience.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and large initiatives. Education and
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years’ technology management or large program leadership experience Digital Banking and customer onboarding experience. Cloud-native architecture and Kubernetes experience.

The pay range for this position is $116,400.00 - $194,000.00 Annual (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
