About the role

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs using AWS services to support business applications Write clean, maintainable code in Python and collaborate with teammates to integrate solutions across platforms Troubleshoot and debug issues with APIs and applications to ensure optimal performance
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions
  • Develop your technical and professional skills through hands-on projects, training, and mentorship What We're Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field At least 3 years of experience developing APIs using AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3)
  • Familiarity with RESTful web services, API design principles, and OAUTH 2.0 flows Good knowledge of Python programming, with exposure to Java or TypeScript Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate with teammates across different functions Nice to Have
  • Experience working with Linux/Unix or Windows environments Involvement in coding projects, hackathons, or technical communities Understanding of system architecture and infrastructure concepts This position offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
