• Patient Care Director - RN – Hudson Valley - Ambulatory (Infusion, Radiation Oncology, Cardiac Cath, & Interventional Radiology) As a Patient Care Director, you will lead a highly skilled, autonomous team of Oncology, Cath Lab, Radiology nurses, including infusion, radiation oncology, interventional radiology, cardiac cath improving patient outcomes through innovative technologies and best practices. • Provide frontline leadership and 24/7 accountability for patient care delivery Oversee fiscal performance, resource allocation, staffing, scheduling, and staff evaluation Set unit goals aligned with NYPH strategic initiatives Plan, organize, direct, and monitor unit operations to ensure high-quality, high patient experience, cost-effective care
• Evaluate staff performance, unit outcomes, and system effectiveness
• Ensure unit compliance with all applicable federal, state, and regulatory requirements; maintaining adherence to healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and organization policies Foster a professional, inclusive environment where staff and patients can achieve their fullest potential This is a full time leadership position at NYP/Hudson Valley Hospital (1980 Crompond Road, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567).
• Preferred Criteria Five years of leadership experience Demonstrated leadership in leading unit development
• Experience with union environments Certification as a Nurse Executive At least three years of procedural area, Oncology, or Critical Care
