Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

and Essential Functions

High school diploma or equivalent is necessary. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivator with a knack for working independently. Proficient computer and technical skills, that help support the best customer solutions. Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing within the state of current residence.

Physical Abilities

Work environment includes sitting, standing, and walking. Ability to work full time.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual preferred to support effective communication with diverse employee and/or customer populations.

Sales-centric mindset

A genuine passion for delivering exceptional sales results by achieving sales targets.  Ability to empathize with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and establish trust.

Extensive product knowledge

Deep understanding of mobile and fixed-line products and services. Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings. Ability to translate technical information into easily understandable terms for customers.

Digital proficiency

Comfortable navigating digital platforms and tools. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other relevant software applications. Ability to adapt to new technologies and embrace digital transformation.

Base salary at time of hire $35,000, plus commissions. Commissions are estimated and not guaranteed.
