The Opportunity As part of the Integration and Platform Architecture team, you are positioned to lead the delivery of innovative managed services in the telecom and telephony space. As a Senior Associate, you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of technology solutions. This role offers a unique chance to enhance your technical skills and personal brand while contributing to impactful projects that shape the future of connectivity. Responsibilities - Analyze and design integration solutions for telecom and telephony systems -
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud and network architecture projects -

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction - Utilize critical thinking to address complex integration issues - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies - Foster relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations -
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - At least 4 years of experience - CCNA or equivalent What Sets You Apart - ITIL Foundation or equivalent preferred - BICSI certification preferred - Demonstrating leadership in team environments - Supporting circuit turn-up and validation testing - Performing onsite troubleshooting for connectivity issues - Validating port status and physical connectivity - Coordinating with carriers and vendors for resolutions - Maintaining asset inventory and documentation - Adhering to safety and compliance standards Travel Requirements Up to 60% Job

Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
