It involves presenting current broadband service offers and facilitating customer transitions to these services. The position requires consistent achievement of sales targets within the direct-to-consumer segment. Success is measured by meeting sales goals and supporting customer satisfaction through follow-up interactions.   • Drive customer acquisition by engaging potential customers through door-to-door and community outreach activities to present broadband service offers Conduct post-sale follow-up interactions to support customer satisfaction and service retention
  • Manage communication of service benefits and address customer inquiries to facilitate informed decisions
