Designs and maintains enterprise-wide architecture frameworks that align technology infrastructure with business strategy, processes, and data to drive transformational change and significant impact at the division level. Develops high-level models mapping relationships across systems, applications, platforms, networks, and users, ensuring governance, standards, and strategic alignment ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leads the development and maintenance of comprehensive architectural models identifying key dependencies and integration points across complex technology systems. 2.

Evaluates architectural alternatives based on cost, value, scalability, and risk to recommend optimal, innovative solutions. 3. Enforces technology governance, standards, and organizational policies to ensure strategic alignment.

4. Collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align architecture with business objectives and technology strategies. 5.

Drives the implementation and continuous improvement of architecture frameworks to enable reliable, scalable, and secure technology solutions. 6. Provides measurable input into the optimization of existing architecture to enhance system performance, integration, scalability, and innovation.

7. Applies deep technical knowledge to design and deliver complex, enterprise-wide technology solutions. 8.

Provides technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to technical contributors and architecture teams. 9. Monitors and reports on architecture effectiveness, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field. 2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture or related technology design roles.

3. Deep expertise in architecture frameworks, principles, and best practices. 4.

Proficient in advanced modeling tools and techniques for system and application architecture. 5. Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management related to technology architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Master’s degree and fifteen years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience 2.

Banking or financial services experience 3. Experience with Zafin or similar (e.g.

SunTec) products for relationship-based pricing, rewards programs, tiering, and/or product catalog offerings. 4.

Experience in core modernization and transformation efforts in a large, complex enterprise environment.
