Job Description
- The Finance Senior Product Manager at U.S. Bank is a technical product manager that oversees the strategic product management for the CPMIS platform in support of Corporate Payment Systems (CPS) goals and market needs; engages with key stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize features; ensures delivery of marketable capabilities for engineering teams while collaborating with agile and product teams. Primary Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements. Defines product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize Features/Epics and breaks down work into actionable steps to facilitate product discovery, design, development and delivery. Align the strategic vision with cross-functional stakeholders to shape outcome-based product roadmap, product risk, investment areas and success measures.
- Drive product development and actively engage cross-functional stakeholders to enable faster speed to market.
- Manage across Enterprise users to define and deliver product performance goals (e.g., outcomes, customer experience, etc.).
- Develop, analyze, monitor, and report on performance metrics from internal and external sources to identify key trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. Uses performance metrics to drive towards progress on identified strategies and initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- Technical Product Management experience
- Preferred Skills/Experience Expertise on the critical interdependencies among product model system elements that help and hinder performance; ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using business metrics, key performance indicators design systems, service blueprints, and reusability Technical know-how understands the product technical architecture and understands the economics of technical investments Demonstrates deep understanding of target customer through internal/external research (e.g., creation of personas, story maps, product chartering/mapping experience)
- Strong collaboration with software engineers to execute product vision and roadmap

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.

Pay Range $126,820.00 - $149,200.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
