Benefits and perks

Support Digital and Data Product leads in the development of integrated portfolio roadmaps across all business lines, ensuring initiatives align to enterprise strategy, business outcomes, dependencies and capacity constraints.
Proactively manage portfolio-level risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and financials, identifying systemic trends and driving timely resolution and alignment at the appropriate leadership level.
Facilitate portfolio prioritization using agreed criteria such as value, regulatory, risk reduction, customer impact, strategic fit, or feasibility.
Partner with legal, risk and compliance (LRC) stakeholders to ensure compliance, transparency, and effective escalation.
Direct the coordination and management of program and project manager resources and allocations based on skills match and evolving needs of the portfolio.
Manage change initiatives and stakeholder engagement to maximize adoption and minimize disruption.
