Job • Key Responsibilities Own the product backlog for the AI Control Tower and ensure it reflects the highest-value business and technical priorities. • Lead the intake pipeline for control tower requests and ensure work is evaluated, prioritized, and governed appropriately. • Define and maintain product management processes for backlog health, prioritization, governance, and stakeholder alignment. • Partner with business, technical, and functional stakeholders to gather needs, clarify requirements, and sequence work effectively. • Establish clear criteria for prioritization based on business value, strategic alignment, urgency, technical feasibility, and resource considerations. • Drive product governance forums and operating cadences to support transparent decision-making and timely issue resolution. • Ensure visibility to backlog status, product decisions, pipeline health, and execution risks. • Lead cross-functional alignment on scope, dependencies, tradeoffs, and release priorities. • Identify opportunities to improve product flow, backlog quality, and overall control tower effectiveness. • Partner with engineering, operations, and business teams to support execution of prioritized work.
